Second Year Service Activities

1.Donation to TTD (Thirumala Tirupathi Devasthanam) towards NITHYA ANNADHANA SCHEME CORPUS FUND held by Nithyaannadhana Trust of TTD, in February 2002. This scheme ensures feeding of poor and needy all the time throughout the year at Tirumala.

2.Donation of high quality shoes with two pairs of socks and for over 75 orphan students (both boys and girls ranging from 5yrs to 20yrs of age) of the Sri Seva Chakkra, No.89/41, Sami Pillai Street, Choolai, Chennai 600 112, at a function on 13.11.2001. organised by the Foundation for Childrens' Day at the Orphanage premises.

3.Direct Marriage Assistance was provided to Ms.Jayanthi, D/o.Mr.Raghavan, 49, I Street, Sanjay Gandhi Nagar, Chrompet, Chennai 600 044.

4.Direct Marriage Assistance was provided to Ms.Lavanya, D/o.Mr.S.L.Kumar, 19, 19th Avenue, Ashok Nagar, Chennai 600 083.

5.Educational Assistance to the poor and needy students.

6.Performed Annadhanam to Chipra Prasada Ganapathy Trust on 08.08.2001.

7.Performed poor feeding on 10.12.2001. at Ramanashram, Tiruvannamalai.

8.Performed Annadhanam at Sri Selva Vinayagar Aalayamn at Avadi, Chennai 600 071 on 5.01.2002.

9.Performed Maha Annadhanam at Puliyur Village, on 1.1.2002 through Vyagrapuri Veda Paripalana Samiti.

10.Provided feast to all the orphan inmates of Vishranthi Charitable Trust of Chennai on 10.08.2001.

11.Donation of high quality sweets & savouries for over 75 orphan students (both boys and girls ranging from 4yrs to 19yrs of age) of the Seva Chakkra, at a function on 13.11.2001 organised by the Foundation for Children's Day at the orphanage premises at 89/41 Sami Pillai Street, Choolai, Chennai 600 112.

12.Provided counselling and explained peace provided procedures and exercises to Mentally Depressed people at the office of the Foundation on New Year Day and Thiruvalluvar Day.

13.Supported financially "Sri Saktivilas Mission for Health and Consciousness", in New Delhi and Chennai, a Public Charitable Trust having similar objectibves of Vaastu Foundation, to carryout various charitable objectived related to Medical and Health areas.

14.Supported finanncially "Bharatha Sakthi" another Public Charitable Trust in Trichy to carry out similar charitable objectives of the trust in the fields of Education, health and Social Welfare.

15.Lectures/Key Note Addresses by Mr.K.Venkatesan, Chairman at various Lions International Forums for general upliftment of downtrodden and advise for improving the quality of living.
